The mould manufacturing process begins in our 1,200 square meters facility. 25 associates with the latest CAD & CAM technology. Our in house tool room can offer following services:
1) Mould manufacture to 650 ton machine size
2) Engineering changes and modification
3) Ongoing and preventative production maintenance
   
With 20 injection moulding machines ranging from 50 to 350 metric tons, Kaesung can provide a one-stop shop for project requiring a broad range of tonnage requirement. These moulding machines utilize robotics. Automatic handling and other added value operations and world-class manufacturing principles are used throughout.
