We always monitor the processes with built in feedback and adjustment steps and try to maintain the out come in conformance with any requirements.
 
Everybody has to understand the goals of the quality management. That means that each associate has participated in setting up the quality system in order to satisfy external and internal customer.
 
Quality checks by each associate at each production stage ensure that products failing to meet our stringent standards don't even get close to our factory door.
